2010 Best New Property of the Year Award Winner

We are proud to announce that Knights Inn Traverse City has been named as the 2010 Best New Property of the Year by the Knights Inn Franchise System and parent company, Wyndham Hotel Group. The award recognizes the Knights Inn that has displayed the highest commitment to the overall guest experience of any property with less than two years of operation.

General Manager Jeremy Martinchek accepted the award on September 21st in Las Vegas, NV at the Wyndham Hotel Group's Global Conference, on behalf of the entire Knights Inn Traverse City team. The honor was based upon quality assurance inspection scores, overall improvements to the property during renovations and high guest satisfaction scores. The property was also scored on the marketing of the hotel, and the promotion of the Wyndham brand.

Wyndham Hotel Groups conference featured more than 5800 hotel owners and managers from almost 7200 properties worldwide. While at the conference, attendees were able to take part in educational seminars, interact with fellow owners/operators, and attend one of the largest trade shows in the industry.

The Knights Inn Traverse City team is very proud of the accomplishment and would like to personally recognize the many guests who we have had the privilege to welcome over the last 20 months. We look forward to having them back, and to meeting some "new friends" who will take the opportunity to enjoy our award winning hotel and the beautiful Traverse City area.
